Introduction
In general, smoking is not recommended for patients with urinary tract infections (UTIs), as it may increase the risk of developing UTIs. Common symptoms include urethral pruritus (itching), urethral burning or pain, urgency, and frequency of urination. Some patients may also present with gross hematuria (visible blood in the urine). Urinalysis typically reveals positive leukocytes; in severe cases, nitrites may also test positive. Patients should maintain regular fluid intake, avoid holding urine, and refrain from consuming spicy or irritating foods.

一般来说，不Recommendation尿路感染Patient抽烟，尿路感染Patient发病率较高。Patient可表现为尿道刺痒，尿道刺痛，尿急，尿频，Patient还可以出现肉眼血尿，尿常规白细胞阳性，有些重症Patient亚硝酸盐阳性，Patient需要注意规律饮水，不要憋尿，不能吃辛辣、刺激性的食物，多吃一些富含有纤维素的水果蔬菜。
同时，Patient需要戒烟、戒酒，不能从事重体力劳动；在Doctor的指导下，合理的进行体育锻炼，合理的使用抗菌Medicine。尿路感染是由细菌、真菌、原虫、病毒直接侵袭所引起，RecommendationPatient需要进行尿常规、尿培养和泌尿系统彩超Examination来对症用药。
临床上，常用消炎类Medicine来进行Treatment，如左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、三金片等，对泌尿系统各类型感染均有疗效。但在Treatment过程中，Recommendation一定要在Doctor指导下用药较好。
