Introduction
Patients with soft tissue injuries may increase their intake of meat and soy products as nutritional supplements, and should also consume more vitamin-rich foods. Meat and legumes are excellent sources of protein—for example, pork, fish, black beans, and soybeans. Consuming abundant vitamin-rich foods—such as fresh vegetables and fruits—can effectively promote the absorption of injured or necrotic soft tissues and aid in the recovery of affected areas.

Patients with soft tissue injuries may increase their intake of meat and soy products for nutritional support, and should also consume more foods rich in vitamins. Specific recommendations are as follows:

 1. Meat and soy products: Meat and legumes are rich in protein—for example, pork, fish, black beans, and soybeans—which helps accelerate the recovery of damaged soft tissues. If patients exhibit significant swelling or congestion following soft tissue injury, they may take blood-activating and stasis-resolving medications or foods orally.

 2. Foods rich in vitamins: Vitamins are abundant in fruits and vegetables, particularly those rich in vitamins A, B, and C—such as fresh papaya, mango, banana, cherry, and blueberry—and vegetables including broccoli, spinach, water spinach, carrot, and pumpkin. These foods effectively promote the absorption of injured or necrotic soft tissue and facilitate faster recovery of the affected area.

It is important to note that patients with soft tissue injuries should avoid spicy and stimulating foods and must abstain from smoking and alcohol consumption. Such foods not only impede recovery but may also lead to ischemia or secondary infection at the injury site. Patients should prioritize adequate rest and avoid vigorous physical activity, which could hinder healing. Additionally, maintaining warmth and protecting against cold exposure is essential.
