Then, massage both cheeks in a spiral motion—from the upper jaw down to beneath the ears, across the earlobes and along the sides of the nose, ending above the ears—performing this sequence twice.

(2) Chin-Lifting Massage

Place the four fingers of both hands beneath the jawline, snugly against the chin and neck muscles. Using your thumbs, firmly push the chin muscles outward as far as possible. When you feel the chin muscles tighten, gently release and return your thumbs to the starting position, then repeat the lifting motion.

2. Alternating Hot and Cold Water Facial Cleansing

Each morning while washing your face, first apply warm water (approximately 36°C) to the face for improved facial blood circulation. Then rinse thoroughly with cold water for 20–30 seconds—this helps reduce facial puffiness and firms the skin. Be sure to carefully regulate water temperature.

3. Surgical Options

(1) For individuals with prominent underlying bone structure—such as high zygomatic arches or an overly broad mandibular angle—surgical intervention may be necessary. Common procedures include zygomatic arch reduction and mandibular angle contouring to achieve facial slimming. It is essential to select only reputable, accredited medical institutions for such procedures.

(2) For those with excess facial fat, partial fat extraction or removal of part of the buccal fat pad may be performed to slim the face. Again, these procedures must be carried out only at qualified, licensed medical facilities.
