How to Lower Your Heart Rate While Running
Disease description:
I’ve been consistently running recently, but my heart rate remains unusually high after each run. I’d like to know how to lower my heart rate during running.
It is normal for heart rate to increase after physical exercise such as running, so there is no need for excessive concern. If your heart rate becomes significantly elevated, you can appropriately regulate it using breathing techniques—for example, performing deep breathing immediately after finishing your run and consciously relaxing your emotions. However, if you experience persistently elevated heart rate during daily activities, further evaluation is recommended, such as an electrocardiogram (ECG) or echocardiography.
