Enlarged abdominal lymph nodes in children are commonly caused by bacterial or viral infections. Typical clinical symptoms include abdominal pain, accompanied by fever, constipation, and/or diarrhea. It is recommended to visit a hospital for a complete blood count (CBC) and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis. For simple lymphadenopathy, intravenous antibiotic therapy may be administered. The prognosis for this condition is generally favorable. In daily life, avoid feeding the child spicy, raw, cold, or otherwise irritating foods, and ensure the child stays warm to prevent chilling.
