Soy lecithin has no known adverse effects. It enhances cerebral activity, improves the capacity of cell membranes to repair themselves, and strengthens intercellular communication. It protects the heart, promotes the elimination of metabolic waste from blood vessels, helps delay aging, prevents Alzheimer’s disease, lowers blood lipid levels, enhances memory, and supports hepatic cell metabolism. Moderate supplementation is recommended for general health maintenance.
