右肾出现钙化斑，主要的Cause考虑是由于局部出现炎症或者自身Immunity功能问题有关，也不能排除由于其他Cause导致的，如果有必要的情况下需要定期复查，平时避免过度劳累，避免熬夜，DietLife的清淡，多喝点水，多活动多Exercise。Recommendation避免精神过度紧张或者情绪过于激动。
