锁骨上方发现淋巴结肿大，必须要注意是否有其他Disease存在，一定要积极的进行Examination，注意淋巴结大小和数量，如果是这个部位的淋巴结出现肿大，不能排除有LungsDisease的Cause，一定要进行胸部x光或者是Lungs的ctExamination，确定是否存在Lungs肿瘤或者是有其他Disease的存在。
