Hello! Individual body constitutions vary, so body temperature may differ slightly among people—but the difference is generally not significant. Normal body temperature ranges from 36.5°C to 37.5°C. Forehead temperature typically differs from core body temperature by approximately 0.5°C to 1.0°C. Body temperature is not constant; it naturally fluctuates due to factors such as age, time of day (circadian rhythm), sex, and emotional state. Under normal circumstances, forehead and axillary (underarm) temperatures are generally similar, with minimal variation. During fever, axillary temperature measurement is considered the most accurate.
