The difference between Tongqiao Biyan Tablets and Xinyi Biyan Tablets lies in their respective mechanisms of action: Tongqiao Biyan Tablets disperse wind, strengthen the exterior, and promote lung function to unblock the nasal passages; they are particularly suitable for nasal congestion and rhinitis caused by wind-heat invading the lungs combined with deficiency and instability of the exterior. In contrast, Xinyi Biyan Tablets primarily dispel wind, clear heat, and detoxify, but generally lack the effect of promoting lung function and unblocking the nasal passages.
