Total glucosides of paeony capsules, when used in combination with other medications, can treat certain dermatological conditions; however, they cannot cure skin diseases when used alone, and self-administration without medical guidance is not recommended. Clinical studies have shown that total glucosides of paeony capsules combined with tacrolimus capsules are effective in treating systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), improving immune function and reducing relapse rates. Additionally, co-administration of levocetirizine hydrochloride capsules with total glucosides of paeony capsules enhances the clinical efficacy in treating eczema.
