Disease description:
I have caught a cold and am considering taking Paracetamol, Pseudoephedrine, and Dextromethorphan Tablets II or Paracetamol, Pseudoephedrine, and Chlorpheniramine Tablets. I am concerned about potential side effects—what are the side effects of Paracetamol, Pseudoephedrine, and Dextromethorphan Tablets II and Paracetamol, Pseudoephedrine, and Chlorpheniramine Tablets?
The common adverse reactions of Paracetamol–Pseudoephedrine–Dextromethorphan Tablets II and Paracetamol–Pseudoephedrine–Chlorpheniramine Tablets include dizziness, fatigue, nausea, and upper abdominal discomfort. These medications are generally indicated for the treatment and symptomatic relief of fever, headache, sneezing, and rhinorrhea associated with the common cold. However, like all medications, they may cause certain adverse effects, which typically resolve spontaneously after discontinuation. Patients with known hypersensitivity to this product must not use it.
