Clenbuterol poses significant health risks to humans, primarily manifesting as follows: In acute poisoning, symptoms include palpitations, tremors in the facial, cervical, and limb muscles, finger tremors, a heavy sensation in the feet—sometimes even preventing standing—as well as headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, facial flushing, and allergic skin rashes (erythematous papules). Long-term consumption may also lead to chromosomal abnormalities and increase the risk of malignant tumor development.
