Unmarried women who have not engaged in sexual activity can undergo abdominal ultrasound to assess the uterus, adnexa, and endometrium. Ovarian cysts may also occur in unmarried women. Additionally, routine blood tests, urinalysis, vaginal discharge examination, and screening for infectious diseases are required. Any abnormalities detected should be treated promptly.
