There is generally no single “most effective” method for slimming the legs. Typically, leg slimming can be achieved through dietary control or exercise. Fat accumulation commonly occurs in the inner, outer, and posterior aspects of the thighs; liposuction may be used to target these areas. In contrast, the calves—particularly the posterior calf—are predominantly composed of muscle, making liposuction largely ineffective for slimming this region. In such cases, botulinum toxin injections—administered under a physician’s guidance—may be considered to help achieve a slimmer appearance.
