I have visible facial capillaries (telangiectasia). I’ve avoided using facial cleansers altogether. Could you please advise whether it’s safe to use a facial cleanser if one has visible facial capillaries?

If you have visible facial capillaries (telangiectasia), it is advisable to avoid using facial cleansers. In most cases, facial capillaries result from a thin stratum corneum. Instead, gently cleanse your face with lukewarm water and milk. After cleansing, apply a non-irritating moisturizer or skincare product. Diet-wise, avoid spicy and highly stimulating foods; opt instead for easily digestible, mild foods.
