Vitiligo: Whitening of nasal hairs and eyebrow tips may indicate vitiligo. Early-stage vitiligo is a chronic condition that is difficult to treat and requires long-term, consistent treatment adherence. Patients should cooperate closely with their physicians throughout treatment rather than pursuing hasty or inadequate interventions. Therefore, patients must seek evaluation at a reputable hospital to undergo comprehensive diagnostic testing—including assessment of the disease itself and identification of underlying causative factors—and initiate timely treatment. Additionally, patients should strengthen their immune system and maintain overall good health to prevent common illnesses such as colds. Adequate rest, moderate physical exercise, and avoidance of excessive fatigue are essential. Personal hygiene and cleanliness should be carefully maintained. Clothing should be loose-fitting, made of soft cotton, and comfortable. Diet should be light and balanced; intake of vitamin C–rich fruits and spicy foods should be reduced, while supplementation with trace elements such as copper, iron, and zinc is encouraged.
