What causes facial skin to look like it has been bitten by mosquitoes?

Disease description:

My face frequently develops itchy, raised bumps resembling mosquito bites, making the entire face appear as if covered with heat rash. Occasionally, several unexplained bumps—similar to mosquito bites—suddenly appear. I would like to ask: What could be causing these mosquito-bite-like lesions on my face?

It resembles a mosquito bite on the face; this condition is often caused by skin allergy and can be treated with oral antiallergic medications such as cyproheptadine or cetirizine. Topical treatments include calamine lotion or cyproheptadine ointment. Avoid spicy foods and alcohol, and maintain good skin hygiene. We recommend inspecting your environment to avoid exposure to dust mites and other allergens, and avoiding known allergenic foods such as shellfish (e.g., shrimp and crab).
