How to improve poor physical health
Disease description:
If your physical condition is poor, relevant medical examinations are necessary. May I ask how to improve your health in such a situation?
A comprehensive physical examination is typically scheduled through the Health Examination Department. In larger hospitals, you may go directly to the Health Examination Center. A full-body checkup generally includes examinations by internal medicine, surgery, ophthalmology, otolaryngology (ENT), gynecology, and urology (for men). Routine tests usually cover complete blood count (CBC), urinalysis, blood biochemistry, liver function tests, renal function tests, cardiac function assessment, and thyroid function tests. Imaging examinations may also be included, such as chest X-ray, abdominal ultrasound (liver, gallbladder, spleen, and pancreas), renal, ureteral, and bladder ultrasound, and thyroid ultrasound.
