What are the symptoms of epididymo-orchitis?

After the onset of funiculitis or orchitis, patients may experience symptoms such as soreness, distension, and a sensation of heaviness in the ipsilateral inguinal region and testicle. These symptoms—particularly redness, swelling, and pain—become more pronounced upon manual palpation. Fever and chills may also occur. When these symptoms appear, they may indicate funiculitis or orchitis, and prompt medical treatment is required.
