To improve memory, ensure adequate sleep. Consume more protein- and lecithin-rich foods—such as eggs, milk, and beef—as they support brain health and help maintain normal neuronal function. Avoid or limit substances harmful to memory, such as alcohol and lead-containing foods. If you have a neurological disorder, it may impair memory; therefore, actively cooperate with your physician for appropriate treatment.
