After being bitten by fleas, you may wash with sulfur soap. Flea bites can sometimes cause insect bite dermatitis; in such cases, sulfur soap and tea-infused water may be used for bathing. However, do not add salt to the bathwater, as salt can severely irritate the skin. It is recommended to keep the affected skin area clean and dry, and apply diphenhydramine ointment topically. Additionally, ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of your living environment.
