It is reasonable to use glucosamine sulfate capsules for osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is a group of bone disorders caused by various factors, characterized by normal bone matrix mineralization and a typical ratio of calcium to organic matrix; however, the total bone mass per unit volume is reduced—hence the term “porous bone disease.” In most cases of osteoporosis, the reduction in bone mass results primarily from increased bone resorption relative to bone formation. Glucosamine sulfate capsules are indicated for the treatment and prevention of osteoarthritis affecting joints throughout the body, including the knee, hip, spine, shoulder, hand, and foot joints. Osteoarthritis can occur in any joint of the body and commonly involves the knee, hip, spinal joints (including cervical vertebrae and intervertebral discs), hand joints (including wrist, metacarpophalangeal, and interphalangeal joints), foot joints (including ankle and tarsal joints), shoulder, and elbow joints. Commonly encountered conditions such as cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, chondromalacia patellae, intervertebral disc thickening, and osteophyte formation (i.e., bone spurs) are typical manifestations of osteoarthritis. Moreover, other joint diseases—including rheumatic fever arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, systemic rheumatic disorders, and avascular necrosis of the femoral head—can also lead to pathological changes in articular cartilage, thereby causing secondary osteoarthritis. In such cases, taking Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules (brand name: Pulì) is recommended to help repair damaged articular cartilage and protect joint structure and function. We hope the above information is helpful to you.
