Hello, lipoma is a common benign soft-tissue tumor encountered in clinical practice. It consists of mature adipocytes and is encapsulated, either unilobular or multilobular. Lipomas can occur anywhere in the body where fat is present, most commonly in the shoulders, back, neck, breasts, and abdomen; less frequently, they appear in the proximal limbs (e.g., upper arms, thighs, and buttocks).
