Dr. Li Yanmei
Hepatitis A inactivated vaccine induces antibody production after injection, providing protection against hepatitis A. Following vaccination, children may experience adverse reactions such as injection-site pain, redness, swelling, headache, fever, nausea, or rash; these are generally mild and self-limiting, requiring no specific treatment. Induration (hardening) at the injection site typically resolves spontaneously within approximately one to two months.
