Deep nasolabial fold wrinkle reduction can be achieved through “Hi-Tu” (a brand of injectable hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler) injections performed by a plastic surgeon at a hospital, or via autologous fat grafting—both effective options for addressing deep nasolabial folds and improving wrinkles. Autologous fat grafting generally yields superior, more natural-looking results with longer-lasting effects. In contrast, Hi-Tu injections also produce excellent immediate results, but their effects tend to be shorter-lived.
