Possible causes of scrotal dryness and peeling include fungal scrotal dermatitis, xerotic (dry) scrotal dermatitis, or scrotal eczema. In cases of fungal scrotal dermatitis—most commonly caused by *Candida albicans* infection—patients typically present with erythematous rashes, vesicles, and pustules. Xerotic scrotal dermatitis may also cause dry, flaky skin. Similarly, patients with scrotal eczema often exhibit dryness and desquamation of the scrotal skin.
