White spots on the foreskin may indicate balanoposthitis. Unhygienic sexual activity can also cause small white spots to appear on the foreskin. Additionally, phimosis (excessively long foreskin) or prolonged moisture in the genital area may lead to the appearance of small white spots on the foreskin surface. If phimosis is present, circumcision—a surgical procedure performed at a hospital—can be undertaken to fully expose the glans penis, thereby completely resolving the symptoms.
