Hepatitis A is curable. Patients with mild hepatitis A typically do not require specific treatment; adequate rest and improved nutrition are usually sufficient for recovery. If the condition worsens—particularly if jaundice develops—liver-protective therapy under a physician’s guidance is necessary; with systematic treatment, full recovery is still achievable. Hepatitis A is primarily transmitted via the fecal-oral route; therefore, maintaining good personal hygiene in daily life can significantly reduce the risk of infection.
