Can AIDS be cured in its early stage?

I previously engaged in a high-risk behavior. Later, I went to the hospital for testing and was found to be HIV antibody-positive. I am currently still in the early stage—can it be treated? Can early-stage HIV infection be cured?

Early-stage HIV infection cannot be cured either. Currently, the primary treatment for HIV involves oral antiretroviral therapy (ART); however, there is still no cure for HIV infection. Timely initiation of antiretroviral therapy can suppress viral replication, thereby preventing further damage to the immune system and significantly delaying progression to AIDS. Therefore, once HIV infection is confirmed, treatment should begin promptly.
