Recently, I’ve frequently experienced diarrhea during exercise and am worried it might be duodenal ulcer. Can a duodenal ulcer cause diarrhea?

Duodenal ulcers may cause diarrhea. In cases where the duodenal ulcer is mild and no other adverse complications are present, diarrhea typically does not occur; instead, patients usually experience lower abdominal pain accompanied by symptoms such as nausea and vomiting. However, if treatment is delayed and complications develop, diarrhea may ensue.
