Excessive sexual desire followed by testicular pain generally warrants temporarily abstaining from sexual activity and getting appropriate bed rest. Frequent sexual activity in daily life may often cause anal pain; however, testicular pain could also stem from conditions such as orchitis or varicocele. If the pain is severe, it is advisable to visit a hospital for relevant examinations—including prostatic fluid analysis and routine semen analysis—to confirm the diagnosis. If orchitis is diagnosed, treatment with medications such as levofloxacin tablets or azithromycin may be prescribed by a physician.
