Is it true that Fengyoujing (Wind Oil Essence) can treat oral ulcers?

Fengyoujing (Wind Oil Essence) is not suitable for treating oral ulcers. It is intended for external use only and must not be applied to mucosal surfaces inside the mouth, as it may irritate the mucosa. Application to oral ulcers may further aggravate irritation, trigger ulcer pain, and even cause corrosive damage; therefore, Fengyoujing should not be used for oral ulcer treatment. Numerous effective medications are available for managing oral ulcers, such as oral ulcer powder or dexamethasone oral films.
