Cervical spondylosis–related neck pain can be treated with medications. Under a physician’s guidance, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets or acetaminophen tablets may be prescribed to alleviate neck pain associated with cervical spondylosis. Additionally, methylcobalamin tablets may be administered—also under medical supervision—to promote nerve function recovery. In daily life, patients should closely monitor their symptoms; if shoulder or neck pain occurs, prompt medical evaluation at a hospital is recommended.
