Vaginal laxity can often be improved through regular exercise. I would like to know whether performing supine squats can help alleviate vaginal laxity.

Performing the “lying squat” exercise has minimal effect on vaginal laxity. In daily life, you can practice Kegel exercises—specifically, when you feel the urge to defecate, hold onto a chair and perform pelvic floor contractions (i.e., consciously tighten and lift the anal sphincter). Repeating this exercise regularly helps strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and improve vaginal laxity. Additionally, practice the “urine-holding” maneuver repeatedly: during urination, consciously pause the stream for several seconds, then resume after a brief interval. This intermittent voiding technique helps enhance the tone of the muscles surrounding the vagina following repeated practice.
