Do I need to clean the vagina the day after using ciclopirox vaginal suppositories?

Patients may apply the medication before bedtime; it does not require washing off the following day, thereby prolonging its therapeutic effect. Prior to administration, the vagina should be cleaned. Maintain good personal hygiene: change undergarments frequently, wear breathable, 100% cotton underwear, avoid raw, cold, spicy, or irritating foods, avoid excessive physical exertion, and refrain from staying up late. Sexual intercourse should be avoided as much as possible during treatment.
