Cervical polyps are commonly caused by cervical inflammation, infection, repeated induced abortions, prolonged sitting, and other factors. Treatment options include oral medications and surgical excision. If a cervical polyp is detected, it is recommended to undergo polypectomy at a hospital 3–7 days after menstruation has completely ceased, followed by histopathological examination to determine the nature of the polyp. If the pathological examination confirms that the polyp results from inflammation or hyperplasia, topical vaginal therapy—such as Kangfu Gel or Xiaomi Suppositories—may be used for anti-inflammatory treatment.
