产后右下腹部疼痛常见于附属炎、盆腔炎、宫腔内残留物、阑尾炎等，表现为右下腹部疼痛，在医院接受Physical Examination、彩色多普勒Examination后才能清楚病因。要及时去医院Examination，根据Examination结果进行SymptomsTreatment。Surgery后最好注意适当的散步，防止粘连。注意卫生，不要站在一个姿势或坐着，不要太累，适当增加营养。
