Peroneus Longus and Brevis Tendinitis Symptoms
Disease description:
I went to the hospital for an examination, and the doctor diagnosed me with peroneus longus and brevis tendinitis. My symptoms are not particularly obvious, and I’m unsure why I developed this condition. What are the symptoms of peroneus longus and brevis tendinitis?
When peroneus longus and brevis tendinitis occurs, patients typically experience localized pain. As the condition progresses, it often impairs normal activity and may also cause local swelling. During the acute phase, swelling is usually prominent, and dorsiflexion and plantarflexion become difficult. Symptoms tend to improve with rest but worsen with physical activity, necessitating prompt treatment.
