No, that is not possible. HIV is an infectious disease, and sexual transmission is the most common mode of infection. In this population, the majority of individuals contracted HIV through sexual intercourse. Since both semen and vaginal secretions contain high concentrations of HIV, and the skin and mucous membranes of the genital organs are extremely fragile, friction and impact during intercourse can easily cause damage to these tissues, thereby increasing susceptibility to HIV infection.
