What is the normal age range for girls’ development?
Disease description:
Today, I attended a lecture where the professor discussed girls’ development. After returning home, I became somewhat curious and would like to ask: What is the typical age range for normal development in girls?
Typically, puberty occurs between the ages of 8 and 15 years. Early puberty begins between ages 8 and 10, mid-puberty occurs between ages 10 and 12, and late puberty generally starts around ages 12 to 15. If a girl’s pubertal development falls within this range, it is considered normal. During this period, adequate nutrition is essential; consuming more milk is recommended, as it is rich in protein and calcium.
