盆腔积液没有了就没有盆腔炎了吗

I have had pelvic effusion for a long time. Today, during my hospital visit, the doctor informed me that the pelvic effusion has resolved. Does the resolution of pelvic effusion mean that pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is no longer present?

盆腔积液没有了不一定是就没有盆腔炎。
盆腔炎是妇科比较常见的Disease，盆腔炎的范围通常比盆腔积液广泛，如果Patient存在盆腔积液的情况，也并不一定代表有盆腔炎，有一部分Patient在排卵后就有可能会出现盆腔积液的情况，这种现象属于生理表现，会慢慢的吸收，通常不代表就有盆腔炎。
