The primary symptoms of rhabdomyolysis include darkened urine—often appearing red-wine or tea-colored—as well as muscle weakness and muscle pain. Additional symptoms may include fever and generalized fatigue. If any of these symptoms occur, rhabdomyolysis may be the underlying cause; therefore, it is recommended to seek medical evaluation promptly at a nearby hospital and undergo appropriate diagnostic tests.
