Dr. He Haochen
Excessive intake of deep-sea fish oil can easily impair fatty acid metabolism, leading to halitosis (bad breath). When taken for the first time, deep-sea fish oil may irritate the stomach, commonly causing adverse symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or gastric burning pain. Moreover, overconsumption may impair blood coagulation, resulting in epistaxis (nosebleeds) and, in severe cases, posing a threat to life safety.
