Unsuccessful conception despite intercourse on the ovulation day may be due to fallopian tube obstruction. Additionally, it could result from poor sperm motility or insufficient semen volume. Furthermore, external interference or stimulation during oocyte development may delay ovulation. It is recommended that both partners undergo further medical evaluation at a hospital and prepare adequately for conception.
