Can sulfur soap be used for bathing in cases of urticaria?

My skin has been extremely itchy recently, and I’ve developed hives (wheals). After examination, I was diagnosed with urticaria. Can I use sulfur soap for bathing?

Therefore, prompt consultation with a dermatologist is recommended. Using sulfur soap for bathing may irritate urticarial lesions, potentially increasing their number and exacerbating pruritus in severe cases.
