How is congenital tendinitis treated?
Disease description:
My baby has a small hard nodule on the finger. After examination at the hospital, the doctor diagnosed it as congenital tenosynovitis. How is congenital tenosynovitis treated?
Congenital tendinitis can be alleviated through methods such as massage or heat application, which help improve blood circulation and thereby provide some therapeutic benefit. If recurrent pain occurs, corticosteroid injection therapy may be required to achieve symptom relief. Should conservative treatment fail to improve the condition, surgical intervention becomes necessary.
