Lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets are generally effective for treating gastritis. Clinically, lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets are indicated for the treatment of duodenal ulcers, gastric ulcers, and gastrinomas, as they suppress gastric acid secretion and alleviate discomfort symptoms associated with gastritis.
