Lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets are generally effective for treating gastritis. Clinically, lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets are indicated for the treatment of duodenal ulcers, gastric ulcers, and gastrinomas, as they suppress gastric acid secretion and alleviate discomfort symptoms associated with gastritis. However, during use, lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets may cause adverse reactions—including neurological and gastrointestinal effects—as well as allergic reactions. Therefore, it is recommended that lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets be used only under the guidance of a physician; self-medication should be avoided to prevent adverse events.
