In general, treatment lasts for 3 to 5 days. Patients require relevant ancillary examinations and administration of sensitive antibiotics. During treatment, patients should drink plenty of water to enhance metabolic rate and rest in bed as much as possible, maintaining a quiet environment while resting. Additionally, care must be taken to prevent water from entering the ears to avoid tympanic membrane perforation.
