After surgical treatment for myopia, patients should generally avoid rubbing their eyes and prevent water from contacting the eyes. Prolonged computer use should be avoided; instead, take frequent breaks—during which you may look into the distance or perform eye exercises. Do not stare fixedly without blinking; consciously blink frequently and completely. Avoid exposure of the eyes to contaminated water, and refrain from saunas and swimming. Additionally, maintain adequate hydration and consume plenty of vegetables and fruits.
